We take pride in our artisanal home goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your pottery arrives damaged or doesn't fit your space, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original protective packaging to prevent breakage during the return transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
